Taiio Studio provides multidisciplinary design services across architecture, interiors, 3D visualization, and consumer product design. By using this website, submitting an inquiry, or communicating with Taiio Studio about a project, you agree to use our website and services in a respectful and lawful manner.
These terms are intended to create a clear foundation for communication, project expectations, design ownership, approvals, and service delivery. Specific project agreements, proposals, invoices, or written contracts may include additional terms.
Design Services
Taiio Studio may provide services including concept development, architectural design support, interior and spatial design, 3D visualization, design documentation, product design concepts, visual storytelling, and related creative services.
The exact services provided for each project will depend on the agreed scope, timeline, deliverables, and project requirements confirmed in writing.
Project Inquiries
Submitting a form, sending an email, or contacting Taiio Studio through WhatsApp does not automatically create a client relationship or guarantee project acceptance.
We may review your inquiry, ask follow up questions, schedule a conversation, or decline a project if it does not align with our availability, expertise, timeline, or creative direction.
Scope, Estimates & Deliverables
Project scope, deliverables, fees, timelines, and responsibilities should be confirmed in writing before work begins. Any estimate, proposal, or timeline may be adjusted if the project requirements change.
Additional requests outside the agreed scope may require a revised estimate, additional fees, or an updated project timeline.
Payments
Payment terms, deposits, milestones, and final balances will be stated in the relevant proposal, invoice, or written agreement for each project.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, work may pause if required payments are not received by the agreed due date. Completed work, files, or final deliverables may be withheld until outstanding balances are settled.
Revisions & Approvals
Revisions are handled based on the agreed project scope. Some projects may include a defined number of revision rounds, while additional changes may require extra time or additional fees.
Client feedback and approvals should be provided clearly and within a reasonable timeframe to keep the project moving. Delayed feedback may affect delivery dates.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Taiio Studio retains ownership of preliminary concepts, drafts, design studies, source files, working files, methods, templates, and unused creative directions.
Final usage rights for approved deliverables may be granted to the client after full payment, based on the agreed project terms. Any transfer of ownership, licensing, or exclusive rights should be clearly stated in writing.
Portfolio & Promotional Use
Taiio Studio may display completed work, visuals, project descriptions, process images, or selected deliverables in our portfolio, website, social media, proposals, and promotional materials unless confidentiality is agreed in writing.
If a project requires privacy or delayed publication, that should be discussed and confirmed before or during the project agreement stage.
Third Party Services
Some projects may involve third party tools, consultants, vendors, contractors, manufacturers, printers, software, hosting platforms, or other outside services.
Taiio Studio is not responsible for delays, errors, pricing changes, outages, or service limitations caused by third parties unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Limitations of Liability
Taiio Studio aims to provide thoughtful, professional, and high quality design services. However, we cannot guarantee specific business outcomes, sales results, permit approvals, manufacturing results, construction outcomes, or third party decisions.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Taiio Studio will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages related to website use, project delays, third party services, or project decisions made outside our control.
Updates to These Terms
Taiio Studio may update these Terms of Service as the website, services, or business operations evolve. The updated date at the top of this page reflects the most recent version.
